I forgot my OTHER PayPal account's password and the phone number in that account is EXPIRED

A costumer was commissioning me for a product when suddenly I realized that they've paid their money to my secondary PayPal account. I tried to get back in it but the phone number that was registered in the account is EXPIRED. Can anyone please help me with this??

And by the way, I also pressed the verify email option, but after doing that, it also requires me to verify my phone number. Which, in fact, I can't. Because it's Expired.
