I factor auth key doesnt work

I have a Finnish paypal account for years and wanted to activate 2 factor auth. But the key from authenticator doesnt work.  What can I do?

Here's how to activate 2-step verification:

1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
2. Click the Settings  icon next to "Log out."
3. Click Security near the top of the page.
4. Click Set Up beside "2-step verification."
5. Choose how you’ll get your code by selecting "Text me a code" or "Use an authenticator app*."
6. Click Set It Up.

After you register your phone, we'll send you a text message with a code. Enter the code to complete the process.

* To download an authenticator app, go to your Phone's app store and download an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.

Please ensure that your mobile operator does not block your phone from receiving commercial and promotional messages sent to your number. if your mobile operator is blocking these types of messages, you won’t be able to receive the security key messages.
