As mentioned in the tile, I am unable to login to my PayPal account, because I don't receive a phone call on the phone number used. I can't get in touch with anyone in the customer service on the given number. Why do we pay PayPal a fee as a business I have no idea. What am I to do? I have a customer waiting for a refund and I can't even change the phone number or get a call on the existing one.
