I don't no why I can't take my money back

I have received from  Light In The Box refunded my money to my PayPal account, but I really don't no why I can't transfer the same to my bank account and  Details are amount £55.66. Also the PayPal already took his percentage from the total.

Please help how can I make my transfer to my bank account now.

Are the funds showing IN your paypal account or just in your activity?

Did you pay the original payment via instant transfer OR a debit or credit card?
