I do not see my "Merchant ID" under account options. Do I need a business account for one?

After reading other posts from 2018 and 2019, the "Merchant ID" should be under account options but it is not there for me. I only have: Language, Time Zone, Nationality SSN and Passport.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
