I cant seem to ADD MY BANK ACCOUNT

I tried to ADD a NEW BANK ACCOUNT, but after I enter the SORT CODE and ACCOUNT Number, I get the SMS with VERIFICATION code but the BANK ACCOUNT does not appear in the WALLET to further confirm with the code sent to BANK ACCOUNT
