I cant login. It has my old number and doesn't eccept my new number. Stuck at loging verification.

I know my email and password, but on the next page it asks to send a text to verify. It has my old number and won't take my new number. So I'm stuck at login page. Cant get any further even to contact paypal it says login. Duh I just tried that.
