Hello i was emailed to reset my password but after opening it says we cant confirm its you. Can you help me with this one please?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Hi @Orven1,

 

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you're having getting logged in. The very helpful information that @kernowlass gave about calling in advises to log in to get the code. Since you can't log in, please also know that you can click the option to call as a guest. The social media options are also valid, but for real-time assistance with a password or login issue, calling is the best choice.
