So I have money in Paypal which i want in my Bank account and When I tried Linking those 2 it says i need to have a 1 cent transaktion I have the Transaktion and It wont let me wright the code it says its waiting for the Transaktion which I already have. I only Have a phone and i am using my phone and have the Code via online Banking.
