I cannot sign onto my account because I do not have a working cellphone number. I have made investments being held by PayPal and they are inaccessible to me. PayPal is discriminating against me because sometimes I cannot pay my cellphone bill or do not want to pay or feel I don't have enough disposable income to spend those dollars on that wasteful purpose. My monetary decisions are just that...MINE! Low income people's rights matter too.
