I cannot login to my paypal account !

whenever I try to login to my old pay-pal account it says (we could not log u in if there is a problem contact us )  

I do remember my email and password but there is not way to login !! i don"t know what to do someone help please !

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
