I cannot login to my account because the mobile number is not up to date

I don't have anymore the mobile number that I registered for my PayPal account. If I want to login I am asked to receive an SMS with a confirmation code, but I cannot receive it. If I want to ask for help, I first need to login, but I cannot. At the Dutch PayPal telephone all agents are busy and I cannot talk with anybody. I am stuck, if someone can help I would appreciate it.

I solved it.

I reset the password and in this way I could login into my account. Then I changed my mobile number.

When I tried to change my password it took me to the text authentication screen again🤦🏼‍♂️

Exactly the same with me. I can’t log in to change the telephone number. I cant message customer services as you have to log in to do that. Can’t get through on the phone! What do I do I’m locked out completely
