I cannot login into my account

Hello there, so I cannot login into my account , whenever I try to login first it says "For security reasons, you’ll need to reset your password." althought my password is right , anyways I press "reset your password" it redirects me to another page and then it sends an error like this:

Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you
