Hello, my paypal gave me a small limitation that i had to verify some things, i verified my address, identity. Easily, after that i had to link my bank account. I tried to do that, for a couple of days, it gives me this error, i've tried calling paypal support but it always just says they don't have any employees avaliable. Error : Our apologies. We cannot process your request at this time. Try again later.
I need help with this really badly!
