Recently I have created a PayPal account. I added my Payoneer's bank. After that, they send me two small deposits. I received those deposits in my payoneer's bank. But before confirming the bank, they limited my account. After that, I put those amounts to confirm my bank, it has been confirmed and they mailed me that my account is verified and the limit has removed. But my limit has not removed yet, they want more information.
To provide what they wanted, I clicked 'confirm identity'. But when I click 'confirm identity', it says sorry we could not verify your identity.
