I have this old account that I'd like to close, but I don't see a problem in the classifications apart from the old expired card. Upon trying to close I get the rather vague "We're sorry, there seems to be a problem. Please try again later." and it's been like that for months now
I wanted to chat to a person to resolve it but it says these services are not available.
