I cannot change my name!

I have tried everything to change my name. All I need to do is add an “a” to the end of my name. I tried the minor change option. and it says something about a disclaimer. I’ve tried to send a form of ID, but it doesn’t give me the option to input a file. When I take a picture of it. It tells me the file is too big. I don’t know what to do...

There you will get an option to upload documents and description. Once you upload the documents, maximum it will take 7-10 days for the PayPal team to change you name to the correct name.
