Last night I activated 2fa, activated the qr code on the application and passed it on PayPal after requesting backup, I added new code to delete the old one and canceled. Now I ask for the old code and I have the new code
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues logging in with your 2FA. I would try deactivating the 2FA and then reactivating it. If you're having issues getting to that area because you can't login, I recommend reaching out to our over the phone Customer Support.
