I cannot access my account or change my contact details in order to re-access it.

Hi all,

 

Money was put into my Paypal account for my birthday however i cannot access it as i'm currently overseas and Paypal is asking for an authentication code via my UK mobile. Problem is my mobile number has changed. However, when i try to change the details, it doesn't allow me to. I can't even request an email or contact them direct without accessing my account. It's very upsetting and frustrating that i cannot access my money. When i try to call them, again, they ask for a code which i don't have. Can anyone please help? Thanks

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
