Some day ago I add my account but it couldn't varify And now I removed these account on my PayPal account and again add this account on same PayPal account but it doesn't varify

Did you wait the 4-6 business days in your country for the code to show up for the confirmation process?

If not and you removed it then you can only add a bank account to any paypal account 3 times in that banks lifetime so have you used up those lives.
