I can't receive payments (my salary)

I was hired for a month now and I should suppose to get my salary every 15th and 30th of the month. However, 2 payrolls had past but it seems that I still cannot receive payment. My employer, Acadsoc is an online English institute who is from China mentioned that my account cannot accept remittance. I already set up my paypal account: Profile setting > Selling tools > Getting paid and managing my risk tab > Update block payments (Changed to Allow) as advised by paypal through mail still didn't make any difference. What went wrong? I tried to contact paypal +https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call but they won't answer. I do hope someone can give me a good advise in this group. Thank you.
