I can't login to my prepaid account to link my card what do I do

I've tried for 2 days to login to my prepaid PayPal account. I've even spoken to 5 representatives. I can't remember my password when it sends me a temp password and I put it in it states wrong username, password! How can I get my money out of my PayPal account ?
