I can't log in my other account!

Hi there,

Good day!

There is a problem with my other account(not this account because I can't log in to that account so I can't submit the question). I entered the correct account and password, but I can't log in. When I click "Having trouble logging in?", then I input my account number and click "next", it keeps prompting me:
We're sorry. Something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again.

Can you please help me solve this problem?
