When I go to 'wallet' and then 'add bank account', I type in my bank account information (I make sure to check that it's correct) yet I immediately get an error saying 'the information is incorrect, try again', and when I hit accept anyway it says 'We couldn't process your request at the time, please try again later'. I tried again the next day, and the day after. I tried customer support, e-mail, called the customer service (not available because of corona), FAQ, creating a new account, deleting cookies, different browsers, different computers, etc. Can someone please actually help me out? Thanks.
