I can't downgrade to personal account, neither remove my card!

My account is a business account, which I made accidentally a while ago and didn't use it. 

Now I added a new card to this account (testing purposes because it didn't work on another account), and I can't remove it neither use this account as it is on hold. 

PayPal is waiting for me to supply my business papers which I obviously don't have, as I don't have a business.

 

I want to remove this card to be able to use it on another account, or downgrade this to personal.

I contacted PayPal several times but they don't answer me

 

Any solutions?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
