I can't connect bank account to business PayPal account

I live in Austria. I have created PayPal business account. and i have successfully connected my Master Card to verify my PayPal account. but I can't connect my bank account to my PayPal. What should I do? My bank account is personal type. This is the message I took

Does the name on your bank account match exactly the name on your paypal account?

No it doesn't match. because I set my Company's name on PayPal as Danishgah. My name on bank is different/
what is your advice? Should it be same as my bank account name? if yes, then can I have a business account with my personal name?
