I can’t confirm authenticity after I have logged in as I have a new number

I tried to log into my account and it says confirm number but I no longer have that number and I forgot to update my new number and I can’t get into my account. Please help.

Can you or have you tried logging in from a desktop or laptop device with your email address and password only? Maybe it won't ask you for your mobile number there.
