I can’t close my Account

First I want to change my nationality however it says it’s not possible and you have to close your account first and register again. I already have balance in my account but I can’t use it because it needs more identification but nationality is wrong. I tried to close my account many times but I always got a message says “BEFORE YOU CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT. We are sorry. We seem to be experiencing a problem right now. Please try later. I tried Many times and I’ve been doing this for a month and still getting the same message. I tried searching for resolutions until now. Does someone experiencing like this? Or Am I the only one who is experiencing like this? If someone does and solve their issue like this, can you help me and give me some tips please?
