I can't change my name

I have already done the steps several times, but after a week I still didn't get any answers. The admin kept answering me with a bot and told the same steps every time.

I would allow a few weeks if you have uploaded all the documentation ok.

They are always busy but there are far longer delays at the moment due to covid.  


Advice is voluntary.
