For months, I have not received email notification of any purchases made to me by customers. Unless I check my Paypal account regularly, some get overlooked. In past years, I have received emails of this nature. I can't for the life of me understand why, because of the current virus crisis, and people being unable to get out to shop are doing so more online, why Paypal cannot keep up their work force to accommodate these things. I've tried a phone call to them, told they are busy and to send them a message. Upon doing so, I'm told it may take who knows how long to get a reply. (And I'm not holding my breath for that either). And yet, Paypal must be retaining enough work force to be able to keep their service charges coming!
