Hello!
I have tried to confirm my card that I've linked but as I was waiting for the code to be delivered I already clicked "refund and resend". The code was delivered in the payment I tried to confirm it but due too many false attempts my card got unlinked and blocked...in the meanwhile the 2nd payment came with the 2nd code which was the right one.
How do I get paypal to resolve this and unblock my card. I already sent them an email but they replied with an automated message...
What should I do?
