The only thing that I know is the email address but still useless after providing the verification code that they needed. They still require you to answer the question which is already forgotten the "phone number and security code" but I can't remember it anymore!
WHAT OPTION AND SELF TROUBLESHOOT THAT I NEED TO DO? I NEED THAT MONEY ASAP.
For customer assistance with this, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of that account. Do not be logged on to any account when accessing the guest option as PayPal won’t discuss an account through another account.
