I registered my account in Paypal a long time ago and forgot my password and secret answer. When I try to restore access, there are only 2 options, an email and a secret question. I choose an email, I receive a letter with a key, I enter it, and since the account doesn’t have an attached card, I’m transferring to the option to enter a secret answer, but I don’t remember it and cannot restore access to the account. What do I need to do?
