I can not log in into my account

Hello,

I have recently tried to log in my paypal account, but it told me to verify by email or by phone number. So, I verified by my email. But then it told me to also verify with my phone number. Now the problem is that I have lost my phone and they deactivated my number, so I can not log in.

This is not on this account, it is on another account as I can not log on it.

Could you guys help me?

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and use the paypal guest option since you're locked out.
