I can not access to my account. I changed my phone number

I need access to my account old for the login, I am asked for an old phone number. But I do not have anymore this number.

How can I get access again to my old account, and update it with my new phone number: <removed>

I had to create this new account to ask for support from the community. 

Paypal does not let me write here the Paypal ID of my old account.

Please advise.
