Already pieced off! How bad is Paypal, I can not attach my card, always some errors, and the region is wrong. System thinking that I am from Russia but even close. I choose the Ukraine region, what the heck? 😠

U and R are close on the countries drop down list so it sounds as if you clicked on Russia in error.

I would close that account and open a Ukrainian one.

Yes, please close an account. Because when I was trying it was not possible to do that. Always have some errors to complete!
And No, it wasn't misclick. Paypal choosing the wrong one.

And when I was trying to add card - I have error by error! Some mistake, and no information WHY?!
