I am trying to verify my phone number on my account, however, I am not receiving a verification code

I clicked "Confirm" on the phone number within the settings, it takes me to "Confirm your phone: We texted you with the confirmation code. For security reasons, the code expires in 15 minutes."
I never receive any code, I have even tried on another mobile phone in my household.
