I am stuck on the Tell us about your business page.

Hello

I am trying to add a business account to my already existing personal PayPal account.

I am stuck on the page - "Tell us about your business" I land on this page everytime I log in.
I have filled in the various information that it is asking for but when I click continue it does nothing. (Please see attached picture)

Am I filling the information in incorrectly or is there something else that I am doing wrong?

Please advise, as I am trying to launch an online store and I need this PayPal business account to be activated.
