I am not getting phone authentification code all of a sudden
I was buying things frequently online until last week. Recently the authentification code started which seemed OK. Now I am not getting these for the same number that was working before. I tried calling Paypal but noone ever picks up. I would closer the account, but I have credit on it.
I tried to message Paypal, but kept getting asked for the authentification code.
Anyone know 1. What can be done about this? 2. How on earth do you actually get help from Paypal? If I could just get logged in one time I can empty and close the account.
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
