I am not able to withdraw from my paypal account to my bank account linked to it

i am not able to withdraw the 5000 in my paypal account to my JpMorgan chase bank account, i received the 5,000 from on the 7th of July, 2020, i try to withdraw the money into my account and it keeps saying "there is a problem, we cant complete this transaction", please help me look into it

Perhaps wait a day or two for the security system to cool down/reset if you made multiple tries and then try withdrawing a lower amount.
