I Can't recover my Australian Paypal account

Hi! i created another account to link my Australian bank and i forgot my password. The thing is when i go through the recovery process they sent me the email with the code, but then they ask me a second step recovery and the only option is receiving an SMS to my phone. The thing is im not in australia and dont have that phone number anymore. They dont offer other option, just SMS. What can i do?

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
