I'm using my card for years now but lately paypal failed to transfer my money to my card. it appears that my card needs to reconfirm but when I tried it, it keeps saying "Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions." I also tried linking other card but it keeps saying the same note. Please someone help me
