Hi, I can't access my account and I don't have access to my old phone number too. I created a new account but I can't link my bank account there as it's already linked to my first account. Please help me out.
Welcome to the PayPal Community! You would first need to gain access to your old account to remove the bank before you can add it to another account. Our over the phone Customer Support can assist you in gaining access to your old account.
