If my bank is attached to my PayPal and confirmed and after I tried to send a large sum of money and they asked my personal information ( ID etc. ) and I provided this information. How much money can I send the maximum without withdrawing money from my bank itself, and how much can I go negative ? Im planning on making a $8000 dollar payment is this possible or not ?
