How do I verify my Paypal account. I have already linked two banks and one CC card to the account

To have a verified account (different from verified identity), you must at least do 2 of 3 things: Link a bank, a card, and provide SSN.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
