Hello,
I'm a foreigner in Peru (South America).
I have created a paypal account with my local bank and address and my cards has been validated by paypal (I can send funds), however, I cannot receive money from freelancer.com site, were I get this error message when trying to withdraw funds:
"Your PayPal account must be verified before we can transfer your funds to it. Please log in to your PayPal account and complete the required verification process."
What I need to do?
