Hi, I have a paypal personal account and need to upgrade to Cash Account to receive money sent to me on paypal.
I see that I need to upgrade to Cash Account and have been looking all over internet and Paypal Help for the way to upgrade.
I've been directed to https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/what-can-i-do-with-my-personal-paypal-account,-paypal-ca... billion times and it doesn't exactly say HOW.
First of all, this explains , even if I don't currently have a "Balance Account', "you’ll see an Accept the Money button"...
I DON'T....Where is it? I don't see "Transfer Money" button either on my summary page.
Do I have to "Get A Cash Card" to upgrade to Cash Account??
By applying for the card, will my paypal account allow me to "Accept the Money"??
