How to update my phone number for the PSD2

The phone number currently registered in my proful is no longer in use, i would like to update it but everytime i tried to login, they are asking to authenticate via my old number, render unable to loing at all.

 

Even for trying to reach out the customer services, it still requires login, no where to gain access to it if not at all.

 

What should I do in this case?
