How to reverse my account back to premiere version?

I want to downgrade my account back from the Business version to the premier version, I have sent an email request to paypal but until now I have not received any reply. Its been 3 days.!!
Can anyone help me please? I'm very disappointed with the very slow response of paypal customer service

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

It have happened to me to and I can't find a way to chang it bake I have contacted paypal and being very slow I am not happy at all
