How to opne Paypal Accaunt for Macau & how to add link to bank of Macau

I want to ask about paypal accuont in the country of Macau. I live in Macau i try to open the paypal account region of Macau but can't open.

I need to use paypal and my master card need to be link to my paypal. How can i do that. thanks

Sadly paypal does not operate in your country so you can't open a paypal account there at the moment.

Also its against paypal rules to open another countries paypal account and you won't be able to verify it and it would soon be limited.
